National Celebration of Pro Bono: October 20-26, 2024
The 16th Annual National Celebration of Pro Bono is taking place from October 20-26, 2024. During the 2024 Celebration, we encourage you to plan and participate in events to recognize the important pro bono work of attorneys across the country and encourage pro bono participation.
Not sure what to do?
Here are some ideas:
- Think your volunteers, or
- Highlight a volunteer's pro bono work at your organization, or
- Host a lunch program for your volunteers, or
- Use the NC Civil Legal Needs Assessment to highlight the access to justice gap in NC and how pro bono can help, or
- Invite a legal services provider to share their pro bono opportunities.
For ideas feel free to contact Sylvia Novinsky, Director of the NC Pro Bono Resource Center at sylvia@ncprobono.org.
